Hello West High!
My name is Tim Davis and I am the new head coach at West Anchorage High School. I am incredibly excited for this opportunity to build the West High football program into a organization that the community can take pride in. However, this process will take hard work by many. Players, community members, and coaches all must band together. When we unite in the creation of a new program the possibilities for our community are limitless.
A little about me:
I am lifelong Alaskan. I graduated from the University of Alaska Anchorage in 2005 with a B.A. in History. Recently I graduated from Wayland Baptist University with a Master of Arts in Secondary Education. I was hired at West High School in the spring of 2008. I have coached at Service High School for eight years, and most recently I served as the Co-Offensive Coordinator for the 2008 State Championship team. I have coached at all levels and all positions.
I am so excited about the opportunity to teach and coach in this building. I see great potential here at West High School as both an educator and a coach. As we start the process of building the program check back to this blog for the latest information.
If you wish to contact me directly shoot me an email to:

Again I look forward to the challenges and opportunities to better this community.
